I am very proud to be one of the cheapest Sophrologists in the UK. My first goal is to ensure you get a maximum benefit from your sessions and I intend to keep prices as low as possible. Note that after the first consultation, I also work on your file in between sessions to know yourself better and to create powerful messages for your next sessions so I don’t only work for you in the sessions but also in between. I also understand that some people may have difficulties paying for their consultations. If you have financial difficulties or if you live in another country and prices are comparatively too high for you, we can discuss a lower price. On the other hand, if you are financially comfortable you are welcome to pay more if you wish. Please keep in mind that Sophrology is very powerful and that usually 10 sessions are enough to make a real change in your life and my aim is to provide that for as many people as possible. Bookings and payments have to be made at least 7 days before the consultation.

We accept payments in different currencies for a small fee.

Sophrology sessions:
- 50 to 60 minutes: £49
After the first session, to get good results, and depending on the reason of your coming you should plan a treatment of typically 2 to 3 months (10 sessions) with one session a week.
With every session, you get a powerful recording of the personalised session, so you can practice with it on your own as repetition is an important part of the process.
